$MVTG up 15.5% . Clock is ticking folks, the rally is under way. Last trade was at .15, resistance, all buys at the ask, the 3rd hit at .15 so by Gann's rule of 4 the next day we hit .15 it should fail as resistance and turn into support. MVTG target is over $1/share
