The yield of the distributed securities issue is going to be published by the Ministry of Finance on its website and via the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius information system on 10 February after the execution of the securities auction.
Only competitive bids are admitted at an early redemption auction, whereas securities issuing auction accept only non-competitive bids. Submission of a competitive bid at an early redemption auction is optional, however, the auction participant making a competitive bid at an early redemption auction is obliged to submit a non-competitive bid at a primary placement auction for the same number of securities units and vice versa. The bids that do not comply with this requirement will be rejected. Screening will be done according to the client code entered in the orders. The orders eligible for execution at an early redemption auction and primary placement auction will be determined according to the yields of the bids submitted to the early redemption auction. Any bids that do not comply with the yield reference will be accepted neither at an early redemption auction nor primary placement auction.
The cut-off yield for competitive bids will not be published.
The distributed securities are not included in the number of securities sold at auctions during the quarter, whereas, the securities purchased at a primary placement auction by an auction participant are included in the number of securities acquired by him during the quarter.
