I know that - definitely...I just try to not let that alter who I am....and learn from it...but yes, IHUB is basically a shark fest most of the time....
As far as being threatened...Um...what I have received is does not qualify as threatened...But have endured being called the most vile and vulgar names along with actions - Why? Because I have a stock. I do not own a stock letter - Am not part of any pack....My worst action is that people believe me because I am honest.
As far as DUSS - arrgggg....Let the chips fall where they may - If anyone goes to jail over it, which I sincerely doubt, - I say go for it. But it does happen. But I've seen more articles just recently on people being scrutinized and/or fined by the SEC - and they are still out there. Same people I knew were there 10+ years ago. What does that tell you? They changed the name of their business was all....And they still aren't in jail..
What SEC needs to do is clamp down on how these small pennies do business...PERIOD. It is literally a "racket" for many of them..And that would be very easy - All they'd have to do is pass a regulation that NO stock may be released by Officers and/or TA without a 30 day public notice via PR. That would do the trick - Not talking about RS - Since they DID that....But I mean no CEO's etc. can sell stock with out 100% public knowledge way before the fact...That would at least help, along with no company may issue stock to any officer or anyone doing business in an official manner without public notice via PR 30 days in advance.
As far as $$$$ - I've managed to start making back some of my losses, thankfully....I hope everyone else does also....
