Simply put: The world does not revolve around Benster.
I know that may come as a shock to you, but there are (hundreds?) of thousands of other shareholders out there - just like you.
I think an 8-K is a must (as well as a PR) - if the information is true - because it is a MAJOR change for the airline.
If true, this deal would appear to remove all the (financial) risk that Baltia faces - and pretty much assures that they will get certified.
