If it is Lonnie dumping shares, it doesn't make sense to me. I don't have anywhere near as many shares as him, and I am hoping to eventually come out with more than $350K, based upon how high we predict this stock to go. Maybe dump some to make some money now, but not half. If he holds, then he is set for life because he controls the value of the stock. And why give up 99.5% of his holdings? I would rather have 0.5% of something than 99.5% of nothing. And his C shares were worthless as they were. If I were him, I would slowly sell off the shares as the company grows so the market will support the influx of any additional shares. And odds are he may never sell all of his shares because this is the one odd time when the less you sell, the more you can make. My .02¢
