No worries at all. Some of the nuances regarding SEC filings are straight up confusing unless you chat with an expert. I have had many conversations with EWSI leadership regarding SEC filings over the course of the last year. Learned a lot from them for sure. Some of the info I've learned helps me to spot pump n dumps before they even surface.
I finally had to put Eleniak back on ignore today. It took DanTanna over 1000 posts to admit her game, apologize, and move on. Eleniak is pure pump n dump via GPSI and AERN currently. Money can be made with Pink NO INFO stocks like GPSI, but folks need to realize that they're only good for a very short term flip as they represent nothing of value. AERN is a Grey Sheet (Skull/Crossbones) OTC stock. They are traded manually. Many brokerages won't even allow a person to buy these Grey Sheet stocks!! Total and complete scams. Paperwork exercises only meant to deceive and line the pockets of insiders and 506 investors...
