10 c shares = 20 million common shares
100 c shares = 200 million common shares
1000 c shares = 2 Billion common shares
10000 c shares = 20 Billion common shares
100000 c shares = 200 Billion common shares
so 700000 c shares = 1.4 Trillion c shares (Plutus wasn't joking... its basic math)
Now lets eliminate 99.5% of the c shares which leaves us with only .5 right (Phew you would think) Well 1% of 1.4 Trillion is? 14 Billion. Now cut that in half and you get 7.5 Billion shares at .5% at .0001 of course
At .0002 like they are getting dumped at his .5% c shares are still worth 3.5 billion and they get lower as the price goes up
I think this is bascally how lonnie is getting paid for the Tigerlynk, JMO. Its the only logial thing that makes sense to me because for HIMR to do a share buyback and dilute at the same time just doesnt make sense. It has to be Lonnie. And I am sure there are other c shareholders out there based on some of the info i read in the quarterly... Not to mention we havent seen the annual report encompassing Oct, Nov, and Dec. of last year yet.
