I read up about the 8-K after having seen the comments on the other board.

IMHO, perhaps the 8-K isn't mandatory, but I would think Baltia Airlines and HQ would want to file it anyway - just to get the most positive information to come across their laps in the last you-figure-it-out years out there.

I would think a Press Release would also, certainly be worthy.

I would also think that you have 4 days to file the 8-K (the 10-K is due out like April 1st) - but - if Baltia has ever listened to any of my rantings - there is no stopping you from filing the news EARLY!

I am truly, truly , truly hoping these new hot-shots are going to make Baltia toe the line.

Yes....you have 4 days to file, but heck, why not PR this event and file the 8-k first thing Monday morning?

LOL.....although Igor is still in charge (CEO), I don't necessarily think he is still calling all the shots.....THANK GOD!!!!!!!!

It is my belief that now Igor is going to have to answer to a "higher authority" - one that is not going to take the bulls%$t and the lame excuses that we have had to deal with all these years.  Finally someone is saying "Enough is enough!  No more BS!  That is MY hard earned money you are spending, and now I want to know how you plan on spending it!"

I love you Bobby E.!  Let's hope you have become the Ronald Reagan of Baltia Airlines.

"Igor, tear down this (F'n) WALL!"

Let's show the rooskies what we Americans are truly capable of.

Yes....it is my hope that someone has finally taken the bull by the horns!

Is anyone talented enough - and I know this isn't evolutionarily sound - but can someone take the company logo and FINALLY ADD SOME BALLS TO THAT F'N COCK! (Can I get away with saying it in that way on a public board?  After all, the logo is a Rooster - is it not?).

LOL
, suddenly no one at HQ wants to answer any calls from me....and I am wondering if anyone else has found the same problem?

My guess is that they feel they have to clam up and not accidentally talk about this - until it can be made public knowledge.

Again.....right now it is only a rumor on my part - obtained by talking to a fellow shareholder, whom I have never met and of whom I know very little about......but something seems to be stirring.

Let's see what happens to the pps comes Monday morning.  Remember - "The Market Knows", and I'm willing to bet most of you are sitting back now just waiting to see how the pps reacts at market open.

Honestly.....and I have come to love you guys....but I'm hoping this thing takes off at the bell, and none of you gets another chance to buy in at a penny (or sub penny) ever again!

I love you guys....but go F yourselves.  You've had plenty of opportunity to snag this thing at dirt cheap prices, and you very well know it.  Now it is time for BLTA to start showing the market what it is made of......................
