We as company investors just don't know what Art represents which is part of the transparency that we ask for. Given the Jan & Hipple reputations, deserved or not, a behind the scenes president simply doesn't inspire confidence. It's really not too much to ask for. If you have shares for people to buy, an you issue press, you have a responsibility to those that buy them. Not an indictment, just constructive criticism.
Brands in this era cannot hide behind a logo. Times have changed. Perhaps some of us just have patience problems. It is a start-up after all. Speaking for myself only, I've been so excited about the future of this company, sometimes I need to remind myself that investing here is my choice and I can leave anytime I want.
