Swordfish Financial, Inc. Serendipitous Films Hold First Development Meeting For An iPoint Film Production

Southlake, Texas (PRBuzz.com) January 31, 2014 -- Swordfish Financial, Inc., a Minnesota Corporation (OTCQB: SWRF), and iPoint Television, announce their first development meeting with Serendipitous Films to produce a motion picture project exclusively for iPoint Television.

“This collaboration offers a great opportunity for iPoint TV, SFI and its shareholders as Serendipitous Films is an accomplished production company with a proven record of developing fantastic films” said Mr. Clark Ortiz, CEO of Swordfish Financial, Inc. "In our discussions we addressed a few items regarding budgets, timeline and future projects. Our goal to develop our own library of content is well underway which could place us as content distributers. We desire to provide our own first run movies over our iPoint Global platform and license to TV stations, networks and other platforms such as Netflix."

Serendipitous Films, based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area has produced films  such as: "Striking Range" (Bloodlines) with Lou Diamond Phillips and Glenn Morshower; "The Keyman" with Adam Baldwin; "A Promise Kept" with Sean Patrick Flanery and Joey Lauren Adams; "Rising Stars" with Rebecca St. James;  and "The Impostor" with Kevin Max, Kerry Livgren and Jeff Deyo.

Serendipitous Films was created in 1999 by Daniel Millican and has partnered with many media companies to bring high quality films and video productions.

iPoint Global is currently available to download for free on the iTunes store, Android and Amazon Kindle markets. iPoint Television is multichannel video programming distributor (MVDP) service provider which delivers video programming through its own IPTV service.

iPoint Television is currently engaging television networks, content distributors, directors and producers to add live and video on demand content into its platform.

iPoint Television has interest in Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia to bring television networks, movies, and television shows both in English and in their native languages, “iPoint Global App is positioned to become a major player in the television industry worldwide.
