this is a cut and dry situation. MIHL has told us numerous times the following things will happen:
1. skull and crossbones removed (check)
2. Audited financials (after the company gets funding)
3. 700 million in bonds (deal deadline October 15, however MIHL has assured us that they believe it willl happen before 3rd quarter ends)
4. Website (pushed back 2-3 times now, and as an investor doesn't look good but not my biggest worry...minor at this point, but will become a problem)
5. Hedge fund form D being filed with SEC (they are waiting the SEC seal of approval so to speak, then they can file the form for us to see as a hard copy approved)
6. MIHL is hoping to start their monthly PR's mid september. (this is a MUST, even if 1/3 items are completed, this must be issued)
My only issue is this so far. If MIHL sets dates then extends and extends how are most share holders supposed to view it as anything but a red flag? IMO, if the goal is investor trust then that cannot be proven once then stopped, the train MUST continue to move so we don't stop every 5 seconds. I'm a little concerned that's why i stopped adding. i want to see a PR on a credible wire this month, i want to see the word get out to other potential investors since MIHL is so confident about their business. I want to see this because that's what i signed up for....i signed up for a current, transparent, always achieving company who wants to share their progress with the world!
My question is as such, wheres the PR, Wheres the website, whats stopping MIHL from producing a PR, and how many more "next wednesday's will we get until we have prompt information"? Perhaps this wouldn't be an issue if the dates and the acual results weren't weeks apart! that's my only issue, and until that's understood and resolved, ill hold with my shares.
Again im not trying to sound cranky, irritated, or annoying wanting everything now. I'm purely curious to the logistics and nature of Investor perception based on vuluntary upcoming events.
From an investor perspective, a PR this week regardless of status would be useful.
Also, please dont use www.pr.com that is a horrible place to use from now on. I believe we covered that already however i wanted to stress that point slightly more.
