Show me an OTC company that has:

1. 1,400+ shareholders
2. less than 1 Billion share float
3. shareholders that own 95% of the float
4. people that whine of a 3 Million share wall
5. a CEO that buys 12M+ shares on the open market
6. a cash positive company with little debt
7. sliding scale for preferred shareholders based on pps
8. a CEO that watches and occasionally posts on investor chat boards
9. a CEO that listens to the shareholders
10. a growing company that uses cash for purchases
11. a transparent company
12. multiple revenue streams
13. apps on itunes, google play and amazon
14. no R/S even when the pps went to .0005
15. clients injecting money
16. a huge following with no buying.
17. shareholders holding for a buyout
18. multiple websites and a blogging website
19. a visionary for a CEO (Dustin Secor)
20. News often (no fluff)
21. developers that make constant updates based on user input
22. Top ranked apps
23. pays commissions to the creators of the apps. (make better apps, make more money)
24. does not sell shares but buys instead
25. divests a losing company
26. controls expenses very tightly
27. does not PR every little detail (and this causes panic)
28. if you do your DD you will see that the list will go on and on.
