PR Out SATM now GESI volume 88,000
Green Energy Solution Industries, Inc. proudly announces that the company's name has officially been changed to Green Energy Solution Industries, Inc. Additionally, the company symbol has officially been changed from SATM to GESI (PINKSHEETS: SATM) to (PINKSHEETS: GESI). The CUSIP number has also changed to 39304M102(common stock) or 39304M201(preferred shares). These changes will take place on March 2, 2012.
CEO Gordon MacKay stated, "This is an important milestone for our company. We will now be operating under a name which represents our company's goals and reflects our aspirations to be a leading waste-to-energy management facility in the Green sector."
