That is true regarding the charts. When ewsi doesn't meet the expectations of the charts, it almost becomes doubly disappointing and hurts ewsi even more. As for what ewsi does, it seems to me they touch on every aspect of ewaste. I like to think of ewsi using the 3 R's: reduce, reuse, recycle. They can help a company reduce their waste using their eWasteCC, reuse goods such as with Surf/CPU where they refurbish and then resell those goods, and recycle where they can use their ePlant1000 facilities and 2TRG to recycle any electronics that could not be refurbished and reused.
They are able to accomplish all this by acquisitions or by forming a business relationship with the necessary affiliate. Of course their services are more complex and diverse than this but that's how I've simplified ewsi when I tell my family and friends about it. Here is a link to all of their services, it's a lot:
