How toxic Brokers manipulate the OTC market and why.
The OTC Market is a Great place to Invest and make sizable money even when there is a toxic Broker in the equation.
1. How to know if your OTC stock is being Manipulated.
2. Make sure you have level 2 so that you can watch whos trading , when they are trading and that will allow you to see why they would trade like they do.
3. The main thing you need to know is they make their money off of very small increases in the share price. They may sell 20 million shares with just .0001 of an increase. but if you do that 20 million times it adds up. They have the ability to put a bid in place and not fill the bid when its ordered. This is how they manipulate the VFIN.
4. These Brokers only attack valid companies that have a real chance at making it, normally ones that have a higher number of posts on their message boards. This way they can penetrate the message board and drive the stock price down or back off and watch the price rise so that they can sell off at a short rise in the share price.
5. The stock Must trade in the sub pennies. These Brokers often show huge bids at different points in the day to show support or show the lack of support depending on their needs. They use the massive number of shares to intimidate normal investors.
6. The Brokers we are talking about work on credit, normally about 50 million in credit. they buy and sell with no real cost to them. (must be nice) they also hold shares and dont have to report them. You will see this alot when people on message boards claim a company is dumping at the end of the day. This is normally Knight Financial trying to drive down the stock.
7. Another thing you will see a lot of on Level 2 is right at the end of the day you will see very small bids for example the stock BBDA often trades small bids at the end of the day to drive the share price down so that in the morning it will open high and show green, thus making people buy due to a possible run.
8. I often notice these Brokers put in huge bids just off the ask. Also a BBDA example: you will see a asking price of .0008 with a ton of support and a 20 million share bid at
.0007 later that day you will see the same number of shares on the ask side at .0009 and it will go unfilled because even if they put an ask out, they don’t have to put it in to action. its pure market manipulation.
A. Ive been watching BBDA for 2 years now and watch these brokers daily destroy this viable companies stock price.
B. More times than not you find this happening on forums like IHUB. they have the most ridiculous rules and refuse to keep their mods in check. My Biggest suggestion is to AVOID IHUB at all cost. I’ve found the info there to only be about 10% accurate.
C. My suggestion is to flood the Boards with this letter.(Copy and Paste) A few things will happen.
1. You will notice who is getting paid to bash
2. It will put up flags for the SEC to look into Knight Financial and others.
3. It will draw them away from the stock hence making the share price rise. (naturally)
4. You will start to see a normal trading pattern taking place.
5. You will notice the stock rise due to the lack of toxic pressure.
We all want to make money so this Idea is a no brainer. Post this daily on boards that you think are being manipulated by a Toxic Broker. The only way this works is if you do it on a regular basis.
