Hi guys.. Just got home from work and read the good news. Puts my fears of a reverse split to rest.. I havent had time to read everyones posts, so I apologize if this has been covered already, but this is my initial thought on the situation. Couldnt it make sense that the 100 share guy(s) is/are holding down the price on the request of Hollund, to make the share repurchase as cheap as possible? The less they have to pull from the revenue stream, the better... Maybe its a blessing in disguise, because if the pps was too high, it would make better financial sense for them to just do a reverse split and be done with it.. Im pretty new to the stock game, but this seems like reasonable explanation to me.. Thoughts anyone?
