Just acquired a business called Quest Solution. A technology company.
Quest had 2013 revenues of approximately $34 Million. With the acquisition, AGOE actually reduced the share structure.
23 Million O/S approximately
$9 Million Market Cap approximately
.25 approximately P/S ratio based on 2013 sales.
A P/S ratio of 1 would be a share price of approximately $1.50
Current share price $.40
CEO Jason Griffith is an esteemed business man and accountant. He has been very vocal about maintaining low share structures and building shareholder value.
He completed this acquisition with unique owner financing.
