I didn't say you were Russian (lol?), read my post again. It sounds to me like you picked some Russian guy off the street and asked him how long it'd take to get approval on that side, and 6 months is what he told you. Is your 6 month prediction based on an expert's opinion? If so, does this expert know anything about Baltia's operations in Russia? If so, how?
