Who released the SAIC conclusions? It wasn't JBI - perhaps a whale? If you have proof that JBI intentionally released the SAIC report then by all means provide it. If you do not it's libelous to say so.
The one that continues to make me sick is the release of the SAIC PR followed by a retraction that basically says don't rely on the SAIC info for anything going forward.
