There are those who frequent the TEVE board who do not have the option to sit and wait for TelVue to PR the reported final quarter audited statement. They can’t sit for TelVue to announce that they have been a reporting company for 15 years and went dark by not listening to good advise. Returning to a reporting company can be accomplished cheaply and easily.
Having said all that I remind you that every company in the US jumps thru the hoops provided by the SEC and get nothing in return ever.
This country needs jobs. Small companies provide many of those jobs.
