Completely on board for longs only discussion grou

Completely on board for longs only discussion group.  One thing that I might add though is that if someone in the group does bring up a negative aspect that they want to discuss, we should not chastise and or demean them.  I was on a site that took that approach and it went south really fast.  I am in favor of discussion of good and bad points.
