Viper Networks and Apollo Metro Receive Initial Letter of Intent to Provide State of the Art Lighting Solutions for Sri Lankan Ministry of Highways, Ports, and Shipping
Government Purchase Order in the Range of $20 to $30 Million
TROY, Mich., Jan 29, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Viper Networks, Inc. (Pink Sheets:VPER), an intelligent LED lighting solutions provider, is pleased to announce that in partnership with Apollo Metro Solutions, Inc., the Company has received a Letter of Intent for a transaction representing $20 to $30 million in Apollo's revolutionary LED street lighting solutions. The Company intends to install this line of equipment to serve the national highway system across Sri Lanka.
Farid Shouekani, Chief Executive Officer of Viper Networks, stated: "After successful pilot testing with multiple governmental departments in December, we expect to leverage this first Letter of Intent to generate additional sales in Sri Lanka and develop strong sales and distribution opportunities throughout the Middle East and Southern Asia."
