Financing will be used to support manufacturing in the Company's Naples, Florida facility upon closing of recently announced large-scale commercial and government LED lighting sales and additional pilot testing, as well as its newly released Fast Grow LED technology. Viper Agricultural Technology, Inc., a recently formed subsidiary, was created for the development and manufacturing of its Fast Grow LED technology, a turn-key greenhouse growing system in partnership with Apollo Metro Solutions, Inc.
Although the Company first began developing the Fast Grow LED technology in Saudi Arabia for the purpose of creating abundant vegetation for livestock feed throughout the Middle East, global demand for faster vegetation/plant growth from other industry sectors has positioned Viper Networks for greater expansion into multiple sectors; including the rapidly developing market of legal marijuana growth and sales throughout the United States.
