This Cirque Energy Blog update provides an update on current endeavors for our shareholders and other interested parties.
1. Corporate Financing – Management has been working diligently to obtain a long term financing package to retire convertible debts, support corporate operations, and provide equity for ongoing projects. We are pleased to report significant progress and expect to make 8-K announcements in the near future.
2. Corporate Auditor – We have selected a new SEC Audit firm and will make an 8-K announcement shortly.
3. Corporate Filings – We are working to complete registrations with the SEC regarding our State of Registration, official name, ticker symbol, and stock structure. We hope to have this work completed by the end of February.
4. Deployable Gasification Unit (DGU) Development – Our team is working on the final detailed engineering and early manufacturing of prototype DGU’s as part of our partnership with Northrop Grumman. We are constructing two prototype units (military and commercial) and expect to have these assembled and complete for extended duration testing and documentation during the summer of 2014. We have significant interest in these systems from both military/government and commercial customers. The prototype units should be available for customer demonstrations and sales purposes in the fall of 2014, with DGUs available for delivery in by 2015. Our website will soon include additional information on the DGU.
5. CHP Projects – Cirque Energy is actively working on several CHP project opportunities as per our business goal of providing Energy Services. We are actively working on the development of projects in the industrial, healthcare, K-12, and university market. We will provide more detailed information on these projects when possible.
6. Detroit C&D Operation – The City of Detroit has over 90,000 vacant and derelict structures that need to be demolished or rehabilitated. Our plan is to construct a C&D recycling center for repurpose and recovery of C&D wastes, as well as future energy production. We continue to work on development of this project with a goal of operations by the end of 2014.
7. Green Harvest Landfill – The potential acquisition of the former Richfield Landfill from the US Bankruptcy Court is still not out of the question as a possibility. There would be many peripheral benefits to Cirque Energy to obtain this facility in addition to the benefit of the revenue source. We continue to work with potential financiers that would be interested in this project.
We additionally have several other early stage projects in our development or acquisition pipeline. We remain confident and committed to deliver successful energy projects for our customers and shareholders.
