What sets the TigerLynk machine system apart is the fully articulated Robot Manipulator. TigerLynk robot arms o?er heavy duty construction, 7-9 degrees of freedom, and up to 50 ton lift capacity.

Tiger arms can be mounted on vessels, barges or platforms, making it convenient to integrate into existing operations. And when paired with one of TigerLynk’s industrial tools, you can perform a wide array of construction and recovery services- all on the same system. You can also integrate a variety of standard tool components via multi-hydraulic circuitry located at the wrist.

TigerLynk’s design enables scalable arm con?gurations, with models ranging in length from 50 to 200 feet.

TigerLynk robot arms are available in AR (subsurface) and SR (surface) Series.

The ATH, developed in British Columbia with assistance from the Canada National Research Council, featured a 60 ft arm mounted on a bi-hull platform. A basic grapple and hydraulic saw bar were later incorporated.

At Monte Lake, the ATH was put through a series of tests involving small- diameter pine and douglas ?r, including targeting, grappling, cutting, and delivery.

After several months of testing, the ATH was commissioned for its ?rst project opportunity in Brazil’s Amazon Rainforest. The Tucurui Underwater Forest Project presented unique challenges for TigerLynk, including the species size/distribution, the remote location, and extreme tropical climate. Despite these formidable challenges, TigerLynk was proven in commercial application, an industry milestone that garnered worldwide media attention at the time.
