Double Crown Resources Enters Contractual Strategic Alliance with Logistica US for Major Oilfield Supply Projects
Master Services Agreement Signed for Complementary Business Functions in Mineral Commodity Marketing and Services

DCC), a fully reporting company (hereinafter, "Double Crown"), is proud to announce the formation of a new contractual strategic alliance with Logistica US Terminals, LLC, a subsidiary of Logistica Integral en Transportacion S.A de C.V. (http://logisticaintermodal.com) to allow for fulfillment of multiple high-value oilfield service projects currently in late stage development. This very well suited business relationship has culminated from many months of careful research and planning by representatives of both companies. As previously announced by Double Crown on April 16, 2013, Logistica US will provide large quantities of key minerals and related materials needed by oilfield drillers for both on-shore and off-shore operations.
Last week a Master Services Agreement was signed which specifies the terms of the strategic alliance and responsibilities of each company. Primarily, Double Crown will act as the marketing and sales agent with Logistica US performing the material supply and services role. When plans are fully developed, raw materials will be shipped from the Logistica US high quality sources in Mexico and other countries. These materials will then be processed and sent on final shipments to customers from Double Crown's large industrial facility in New Orleans, Louisiana and the Logistica US Transload Terminal at the port of Brownsville, Texas. Logistica US is an ideal supplier for this operation because of its well established natural resource commodity base combined with extensive transport infrastructure and capabilities. Logistica US regularly handles multiple large-scale intermodal and multimodal shipping assignments via its logistics and rail transloading network, infrastructure and rail lines, warehouses, bonded services, packaging & material handling equipment, plentiful loading/unloading machinery, among other assets. Logistica US provides a strategic alliance with US and foreign companies developing logistical synergies for international transportation services. When Double Crown's new Transprop AGG aggregate material transport system is integrated at a future point, this shipping operation will become even more capable, efficient and environmentally friendly.
Regarding the new strategic alliance, Double Crown's Chief Operating Officer Antonio B.
