everything you see on L2 is technically fake besides the bid and ask price, mms put those big numbers there to fake out people...icpa will be in this range until we hear more news...its ridiculous but thats how the otc works, thats why steve wants an uplisting to the qx, if people cant see the transparency that steve shows thats too bad, everybody here is INVESTED in ICPA, so daily shouldnt concern anyone, its the weekly and monthly look that has my eyes but these mm's love to create noise...as long as the volume is crazy low like we have been experiencing lately the mms are going to paint the spread all day long... buy on the as when you buy not on the bid...and lock in your shares gtc up high in order for price to climb... the only way to other investors to notice icpa is for the pps to go up higher and stay there...nobody wants to see their money fluctuate, people like certainty... and tell me how mtfh, cbis, atrnq, kmag, ecos, mjna, are all higher, its ridiculous...
