I'd like to ask who's wearing their rose colored glasses today. I know the schedule and base my decision for certification based on this schedule and what I know about previous certifications of other companies. As you all know I thought, based on the schedule, that it would be 1st qtr for certification. However, looking at all the things that need to be accomplished I changed that to 3rd qtr. Most investors thought they'd be in the air by the end of 2013. How did that work out?
We have to finish training and I don't expect that to be finished before mid February, at the earliest. And when has Baltia finished anything at the earliest? After then we have phase 3 and 4. Does anybody here actually believe it will take a week or 2 to finish phase 3? Phase 4 may be fast because it is mostly paperwork. Then you have the Russians.
3 qtr starts July 1st. Show me how anything gets done before then. However LT, don't exaggerate the timetable to 2015. lol.
