This blog subscribes to a network of blog writers, so we are not responsible, nor do we have to invest the time or money for the blog articles. No shares were issued or used for this acquisition and it was paid for with cash on hand as well as the seller carrying a small note at zero percent interest that is non-convertible which will be paid off from the cash flow of the website within about 6 months. The annual revenue from this blog will add about $40,000 a year to our income from the existing advertising network.
