It sounds like they are shooting for a 3 or 4 to 1 ratio over divers. That will be good.
But I don't count on the tigerlynk for a while. I may not be an engineer for 35 years but I know for a fact that 1. the canadaarm had it share of development issues, I read about them, 2. full size versions have had problems that were not experienced in the prototypes, and 3. My career was in software and I know there is no way a program was written to plot lunar orbits without errors that had to be corrected. If anyone thinks the tigerlynk is going to work flawlessly at startup, they are fooling themselves.
The tygerlynk will provide an advantage over divers, yes. But it will be late this year before it does at the earliest. kinks will have to be worked out. Just my opinion.
