JB close to signing lease now!! just a few language issues in the agreement. So he's a couple wks late. didn't say he'd get a signed lease by mid Jan. Said he'd plan on it. Nothing is carved in stone and nothing is precise. give it time and follow through comes through.
Still very confident he's gonna build this ship to float and last! great prices to buy in at!!
