Although when I was doing my DD & read all the Pr's I noticed several times where he alluded to uplisting, and given his track record he is certainly capable of doing that, but I also said to myself this won't happen in 2014. I know the CEO said otherwise, but thats part of his role to keep targets on the horizon, reiterate the business plan and tell investors what his goal is etc. In a condescending way I could say dangle the carrot, or at least that is the verbiage used with less respected, or downright shady companies, of which I'm not implying EWSI is... just saying. Thing is with 'uplisting' that many companies claim that, either as a genuine goal or to keep the masses appeased. With EWSI I'm confident enough to envision an uplist in our future, but even if he gets $50 or $80 mil in revenue this year that won't be enough to uplist in the same year. Companies have to prove a certain track record in regards to revenue, gross profit etc & one year of stellar growth won't suffice, in my honest opinion. So while its a great target on the horizon the way things are now I don't expect an uplist to NASDAQ this year. Maybe use OTCQX as stepping stone.
