Take a look at the Patent link below and the address For Digital Utilities Inc. Next review the statement of principles of consolidation from the most recent 10Q we just recieved. I have been asking for a while , how did TORQ avoid the Litigation that VONAGE went through with VERIZON and SPRINT/NEXTEL
Mr.McHenry has held TORQ all along, most likely using that Holding Company

Principles of Consolidation
The accompanying consolidated financial statements include the financial statements of Digital Utilities Ventures, Inc. for the period of inception through November 30, 2013 consolidated with the financial statements of Torq Communications, Inc, (formerly Digital Utilities, Inc.) for the period of establishment through November 30, 2013. All intercompany transactions and balances have been eliminated in the consolidation.
