Notice label reference to National Cancer Institute (NCI), a US government agency under HHS. NCI sees medical merit in phytocannabinoids; O says cannabis is less dangerous than alcoholic beverages; but D E A (and O who could reschedule cannabis today) says no dice, cannabis is sched 1 (i.e., dangerous, abuse-prone, addictive, no valid medical use). I don't see alcohol listed on the CSA schedule anywhere, and alcohol is more dangerous than cannabis. Right?
