3D Eye Entertainment Holdings, Inc. Shareholders update.
Dallas, TX .January 27, 2014, 3D Eye Entertainment, Inc., a Wyoming Corporation. (OTC Pinks: TDEY) announces today the resignation of Clark Ortiz, as the company’s CEO.
Mr.Ortiz decision to resign as a CEO is based on an increased demand on his time with his other public company.
“Several of the publicly trading companies that both Clark and I have been involved, have moved beyond development stages and are now ready for real growth. The demand on the executive time and focus is tremendous, and we both had made considerable efforts to replace ourselves with competent and focused individuals that will carry on the business plan and development of the company while preserving the core concept and protect the shareholders value and investment!” Stated Mr.Vakser, Chairman of TDEY.
“I will continue the development of several phone apps for the company, and will assist in future projects and developments as a strategic partner as well as the shareholder. Its to our best interest to see all these companies succeed and become the leaders in their own perspective industries, as we had intended.” Explained Mr.Clark Ortiz.
The ongoing deal is for both companies to collaborate on launching a mobil app that provides educational videos to job seekers and acts as an interface for JGH’s Job Channel Network recruiting video services and Candidate Exchange Placement service app (the “APP”) .The APP will employ 3D Eye Solutions Technology to display video content in simulated 3D format. And to complete the 3D Eye Solution app for all the available current, and future platforms.
The company is in negotiations with several new key executives to add to the management team, and will make appropriate announcements as the updates become available.
