We were able to test the pendant and are at ease knowing that she will be safe and have someone to reach out to for help at a push of a button. Easy to follow instructions and very reliable.

Fortunately, no emergencies so far. I have tested the pendant over the entire range of my home and it performs flawlessly with quick, courteous responses -- they don't mind you testing the pendant, in fact they recommend you do so. The voice quality is excellent - easy to talk back and forth (and hear!); like using a speakerphone. Pendant weighs about 69 grams or 2.4 oz. Includes lanyard/wrist strap/belt clip - your choice. Also very easy to install, good instructions, easy to use and has extra battery for pendant. Water-resistant - can use in shower/bath. I called the # on the box to activate and the nicest person helped me. She was very patient and she took the time to get all of my contact information. She even repeated everything back to me and checked for accuracy. I wore it in the shower this morning and it's working just fine. The pendant is waterproof and I like the rubber trim. It looks and feels very sturdy and well made.

Decided on this unit because it offers ability to talk into the device to the EMT. Also, price very competitive compared to the one way listen only units. Plugged in easily and tested with the center. My father is very happy. For him it was either go to skilled nursing facility or use the alarm. He is much happier at home.

Costco is the largest membership warehouse club in the United States. According to their 2010 annual report, Costco had 58 million members worldwide. Under the terms of the contract, Costco will be marketing and promoting the MediPendant™ to its existing customer base on the Costco.com website, in their subscriber magazine, The Costco Connection, as well as a few other initiatives that have yet to be finalized.
