Good Morning HIMR board members. Many have been on an emotional rollercoaster ride these past few days, and have lost sight of their goals. So lets once again get down to basics.
Hollund just announced it now owns a larger percentage of Bayano Lake Wood Products. And, while we do not know the exact percentage or the exact details, we can surmise that it might be around 25% now (that means more trees), and Hollund still gets paid for each board foot of lumber recovered.
In addition, Peter Meier just hinted in his last blog post that the deal to eliminate nearly all of Hayward's Class C shares is now done. Peter's wording could have been interpreted as meaning the announcement of this deal would come Friday of last week, or it could mean sometime this week. Both views work just fine. The point is not the exact day, but that the deal is now done and will be announce within days. This is a big deal folks.
I have seen some folks rant and rave about the share structure, and claim all is lost. Really? Even if Hollund had the full 20 Billion share A/S maxed out, why couldn't shareholders still see gains ranging from 400% to 1,600% to 2000% and even higher? For those who are new to penny and sub-penny stocks, this type of gain and higher happens all the time and nearly every day.
I often suggested that HIMR investors should ignore the bashers, the worry warts, and the eternal optimists. These people are nearly always wrong.
I could list all the positives Hollund has going for it, including the fact that revenues are nearly at hand. However, you all should already know this, and nothing has changed. Hollund claims they have a plan to reduce the share structure still further, and this would increase shareholder value. Additional orders and more and even bigger concessions together with a TigerLynk or two or three will increase value even more. So I ask what are you all looking for?
We all want proof, but that will come in the filings --- it is required. There is no need to hire an investigator to sneak around and do this for you. All the hints and all the clues have been laid out neatly by the company on the table before you, and all one need do is watch and let this story unfold. Even better, we know the time frame for disclosure and solid results is near. Five days should be the most we should need to wait for the Class C share news. Hollund's year end financials are out in March, and tree recovery should start well before that time with pictures and orders galore. Why the impatience? Why throw in the towel? Why give up now?
I see some have been in Hollund for months and even years. And now that everything is finally coming together, you now wish to walk away and claim defeat? Very strange.
I suggest everyone should relax and take a deep breath or two. I think you will find it is all very refreshing.
