Guest was Scott Shay, CEO of Signature Bank
As a student, he helped translate English to Hebrew for State-owned Israeli Banks, and noticed that they didn't really understand the scientific bank language - he soon became their "expert" and was groomed to be a major person in the Israeli Banking World.
Came to USA and saw a Market Gap - banks for Small and Middle Businesses.

Bought a bank with a group of investors, and went from " no customers and no revenues, and 3 million $ loss per month in costs" to breaking even after 21 months and going public after 34 months - paid off investors ( they got a 40% profit).
He stressed the importance of "trust" and "trustworthiness"
Dino called in and talked to him about growing a small business. Mr. Shay praised new organisations like T.E.D. (Technology, Education and Design) - a forum for new ideas. He said that his bank was interested in helping new growing companies similar to Blast Applications.
