On its face and assuming everything goes off without another delay, it means those over 400 outlets will soon be busier than ever filling orders for SKTO/Medical Greens. Logistical delivery system, a solid infrastructure, gets products from wholesale collectives (manufacturers) to the retail dispensaries all across California. Between the lines, this PR is signaling DEMAND from the retail outlets. This follows the previous signal of strong demand indicated in the 01/08 PR which, bleeding through the lines, seems to communicate a strength of demand that may have surprised even them.
