Well I was Wrong about the share thing....looks like Jeff has a good portion of the O/s...Just wondering why No form 4
I think KMAG comes Out Clean.....and will be trading sooner than most think...but will carry the Stigma??
Perhaps if the SEC reverses and lets KMAG trade...it will act as a confirmation of a "Clean" security! (except for the MMG case)
