Good post. An alcoholic will never get help until he admits he has a problem. Same with government. They are loathe to admit they have an addiction to spending other peoples money. And, until spending is cut to less than revenue, the problem continues. Interestingly, until 1970, America had a surplus. Since then, debt has been defining who we are as a country. When will it stop? When America elects people without an addiction to spending other peoples money. Margaret Thatcher once said, The problem with Socialism is that the time comes when you run out of other peoples money to spend. 17 trillion in debt since 1970. It can be turned around just as fast, but ending addictions is hard. Talk to any former alcoholic. Have a great day all, Jim
