It's not that crazy Integracer02. I remember driving across the Tapanzee Bridge in upstate New York during a snow storm with 40 to 50 miler per hour winds. That experience damn near gave me gray hair, and I was a lot younger back then. I understand they are replacing that bridge now. Another bridge to remember is the bridge from Connecticut to Rhode Island that rises some 150 to 200 feet to accommodate ships passage. Try to drive that bridge with snow and high winds. Roads and bridges are built different out here. All newer roads and bridges account for the nasty weather.
