We certainly should toughen up the rules on those 2 areas.
I prefer a stock with low percentage gain, but has been liquid all the time so people can actually realize the gains.
We have to do our best to make things extremely fair here and on the same time help people make money and not stuck with non-liquid stocks.
After today's suspensions, we should go the extra-mile and even warn people if we see something suspicious.
