"This agreement will simplify the logistics of getting our products from source to destination in a timely manner. It also will provide the solid infrastructure to allow our wholesale managed collectives to increase their reach into more dispensaries across the state.
"This step is a necessary precursor to the PharmaJanes.com website going live later this month (i.e., January) because we will also utilize the services of this group under our management agreement with AEGY."
