Re: HIMR*fan #10636

What it means is the dilution will now stop (even if it is called conversion instead of dilution).  This means the share structure is likely frozen at where it is now.  If Hollund has a plan to reduce the share structure (they claim they do), then we will likely hear about it sometime soon.

Those are the unknowns.  Worry if you want.  However, for Hollund to hint so strongly that a resolution to the Class C share issue is at hand, together with all the other hints just revealed, what is there to complain about?  Like I said, even if one is a flipper, this is really good news.  And, if one is a long term investor, then why not be ecstatic?

I suggest that the promotions were not paid for by Hollund.  Instead, the market makers likely were told in advance of the news, and they did promotions and manipulated the stock down to accumulate lots of shares.  They will profit as they always do.  Investors uncertain of what they have or what they should do will lose.  Think about it, if Hollund could afford a half million dollar promotion, then why couldn't they just buy Bayano Lake Wood Products outright and have all the revenue?  For all we know, market makers may have bought a block of Class C shares before Hollund acquired this concession, and waited till now for just the right moment to sell at higher prices.  Market makers very seldom lose.
