p 65 - cwrn never said 32 million profit -most people know profit is totally different than total revenue - because of something called costs-and jimmy head of jmt whatever is a cpa so he knows that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
based on spot price and amount of inventory they had or expected inventory within the 1st quarter of 2011 is what the pr was referring to would amount to 32 million in sale price =-not profit -IF IF IF they had the equipment and ship co didnt delay and funds from 1st ship werent delayed etc and IF IF geo didnt allegedly withhold funds -so again imo dishonest
then ship co changed ships on them-a month delay -then re-negotiated a surcharge due to libya war oil speculation -so again dishonest imo -and geo would know these things-after all they were reportedly the ship facilitator -these things werent secret -plays out to me as if they are just taking the offensive because geo allegedly commingled and or misappropriated millions and want something to offset against that later coming judgment against geo expected in CA case
