Agree with all I do. The gutless hecklers from the sidelines of whom have no skin in the game because they have let the fear freeze them into not ever having convictions and putting their money where their mouths are, have this erroneous idea that the 10K means nothing and it wil not have any affect on the stock trading but that is silly, naive and ridiculous. With the filing of the 10K comes great transparency and the audit which makes an uplisting likely, which makes the chance of future higher stock prices likely because of increased investor interest and volume. If you are at the base of a mountain you intend to climb, would you listen to rock climbing tips and advice from the hotdog and burger vendors at the local gas station living in the mountain town or would you instead listen to the advice of real climbers who have already climbed the mountain or are on the rock face currently??? Hmmmmm?
