Achieving Silver Competency certification demonstrates expertise by Support.com in providing critical solutions based on Microsoft technologies tailored to the unique needs of small and medium-sized businesses. Support.com also announced it has maintained its status as Silver Competency for Desktop and its certification as a Small Business Specialist.
