They might just do that but do not get to worried about it.  It will work out better if we wait until the middle of February to start to drill the kub.  Their is  a couple of the pieces of the puzzle that need to be filled in before they move forward.  I for one would like to see Sean and Bull work together on promotion of this company.  Look when the petitioners get their sentence locked in we will get back to usual around here.
