James, you are correct that everything is up to interpretation. The problem is that a lot of wrongs are perpetrated in the dark. There are a lot of preferred shares that I am sure the holders want some value, even if it is at .0005. Personally, I think that a lot of those shares, if not all, will be involved in the conversions. Then we have the PIPEs which no one should construe as new investors. These things are regularly done at a tremendous discount to raise money. Usually, there is no sales restriction on the hedge fund and the tremendous volume we are seeing now may well be the last PIPE shares hitting the market.

Unless Chad puts out a substantive PR explaining a lot of things, nothing good is going to happen. I have heard the stories of why he instituted this "information lockdown" but what is happening now is far beyond any reasonable restriction. IMO, it is working in the darkness and the PPS continues to decline. Except for insiders who know what is happening, the rest is speculation. To even think for a min that the share price is indicative of news is ridiculous. If it were, then there would be a lot of people looking for Club-Fed! As a result, you cannot look at the PPS as meaning much of anything. Tea leaves will do better as an indicator.

If Chad is really doing good things then why the silence? It just does not make sense.
